According to the author, the institutes of law in Austria conduct mostly rather trivial and redundant projects, having hardly any impact in the international community - many conservative legal professionals in Austria having entrenched themselves in an outdated legal reality that is behind the times, and reluctant to go with the quantum approach of today's Information Age. Also many legal professionals in Austria increasingly become propaganda tools for political parties, by becoming members of the far-right ÖVP Party and FPÖ Party; i.e. promoting negative policies; such as racism, anti-Semitism and inequality in Austria. Hence the legal fraternity needs to improve itself in Austria, so that basic human rights, civil liberties and social justice can be manifested in the country. This book also explores increasing inequality and violations of fundamental human rights on an international level; which need to be resolved, so that peace and prosperity can finally be manifested in the International Community. However, in today's Information Age, social justice has become obscured and elusive; especially concerning human rights and international law - a strictly legal mind-set being not enough anymore, when it comes to implementing social justice and human rights work. Hence legal theorists should start synergising the legal mind-set with an empirical social-scientific approach - as well as a quantum mind-set - if they don't want to be left behind in today's Information Age; where a quantum approach in law is becoming of increasing importance. It should also be noted, that inequality and poverty are increasing dramatically in the Republic of Austria - with lawmakers, as well as the current legal fraternity in Austria, unwilling to advocate the implementation of a Basic Income Guarantee (BIG); which would be necessary to guarantee basic human rights and to stop the discrimination of unemployed people; which causes grave political instability and civil unrest. In a world where there are no guarantees and as citizens who must be under government rule, we should at least be assured that we will be able to feed, clothe and handle the simplest needs of human beings - hence implementing a basic income is an important prerequisite to counter inequality and to ensure basic human rights in the Republic of Austria and the world at large. It should also be noted, that the contribution of law schools in Austria to Global Peacebuilding and human rights work is absolute zero.
