Chris Roberts lives in West London. He has written about music, films and books for many publications and websites including Classic Rock, the BBC, The Guardian, Prog, Uncut, Melody Maker, NME, Sounds, Elle, Ikon, The Daily Telegraph, Empire, London Lite, Emusic, Electronic and The Quietus.He was also the editor of Idle Worship (Harper Collins), a collection of writings on music by well-known individuals (Bono, Nick Hornby, Thurston Moore, Kristin Hersh etc) that was hailed in The New York Times as the most original book about rock 'n' roll ever.In 2011 he edited Blondie's Panic Of Girls magazine at the band's request.Often appearing on TV and radio, he's also published books on Lou Reed, Michael Jackson, Tom Jones, Abba, Scarlett Johansson and Heath Ledger. He has also published a book on Talk Talk in collaboration with the band's sleeve artist, James Marsh.
