            Cecilia Tortajada is the Scientific Director of the International Centre of Water and Environment, Zaragoza, Spain, and Visiting Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.Asit K. Biswas is the founder and Chief Executive of the Third World Centre for Water Management, an innovative think tank in Mexico. He is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, and also at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar.
